[Dormitory] E-House & Hanwoori Surface Parking Lot Access Restrictions (5 Days)

Due to the move-in period for the Fall 2026 semester, access to the dormitory surface parking lots will be restricted as follows. We kindly ask for your cooperation.

1. Period & Time

- Dates: August 2528 and August 31, 2026 (5 days in total)

- Time: 08:0017:00

2. Location

The entire surface parking areas of E-House and Hanwoori (including Sot-Eul-Gwan), including EV charging stations

3. Reasons for the Restrictions

A. The parking areas at E-House and Hanwoori have very limited parking capacity (approximately 20 vehicles).

B. Approximately 300 vehicles visit the dormitories each day during the move-in period. If drivers park their vehicles and leave them unattended, severe traffic congestion may occur.

C. Hundreds of vehicles enter areas normally used by residents and other members of the university on foot, significantly increasing the risk of accidents if the restrictions are not followed.

4. Detailed Guidelines

A. Parking is prohibited during the specified period, including for dormitory staff.

B. Please visit the dormitory cafeteria on foot. In particular, please refrain from using vehicles when visiting the cafeteria during lunchtime, when vehicle traffic is heaviest.

C. Vehicles visiting the Social Welfare Center must leave immediately after dropping off or picking up passengers.

D. During the specified period, only vehicles used by residents moving out (for loading and unloading luggage), delivery and courier vehicles, and construction vehicles may make brief stops.

E. If visitors, such as parents, need to wait beyond the time required for loading or unloading luggage, please use the ECC Underground Parking Lot. Please note that only dormitory residents are permitted to enter the dormitory buildings.

F. If assistance from family members or acquaintances is necessary due to an injury or disability, please contact the Administrative Office in advance at 02-3277-5019.

As parking space is extremely limited, these measures are necessary to prevent safety accidents and ensure a smooth move-in process. We kindly ask dormitory residents and all members of the university community for their cooperation, even if this causes some inconvenience.

Thank you.
