The Asian Center for Women’s Studies (ACWS) signed a Publishing Agreement with Routledge, Taylor & Francis Group (hereinafter Routledge), the world's leading academic publisher in the Humanities and Social Sciences. Routledge has begun publishing the  online and print versions of the Asian Journal of Women’s Studies (AJWS), Vol. 21 No. 1 in March 2015. (http://www.tandfonline.com/rajw).

A quarterly publication of ACWS, AJWS is a multi and interdisciplinary international forum for the presentation of feminist scholarship and voices on Asian feminist activism. Published first in 1995 as an annual issue, AJWS has been circulated quarterly since 1997. It is covered by the Social Sciences Citation Index (SSCI) in addition to being indexed in Gender Watch, SCOPUS, and Korea Citation Index (KCI) among others.

Through this Publication Agreement, ACWS hopes to build a more sustainable and systematic global reach of readers, contributors, reviewers, and subscribers.  ACWS considers this strategic partnership with Routledge as a new way to innovate and increase the journal's competence in knowledge production and sharing of research information.
