Professor Sun Hee Lee Took Office as the 26th President of the Korean Academy of Health Policy and Management

Professor Sun Hee Lee at the College of Medicine (Preventive Medicine) took office as the 26th President of the Korean Academy of Health Policy and Management (KAHPM) on Monday, January 1st, 2024.
The KAHPM is an academic society where researchers of public health policy and administration, government and public organization members, and experts working on the frontline of public health gather for networking academic exchanges, thereby leading the studies of public health policies and public health administration in Korea to contribute to planning and implementing public health policies.
Professor Lee was unanimously elected as a president by the board of directors, thanks to her four years’ contribution to the development of the KAHPM’s journal as an editor-in-chief and service as a senior vice president. She is expected to lead the development and leap forward of the KAHPM as the first woman leader in around thirty years.
