April Boin Choi Assistant Professor
Department of Special Education
April Boin Choi is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Special Education at Ewha Womans University. She received a B.A. in Biological Sciences from Cornell University and her Ed.M. and Ph.D. in Education from Harvard University. Her research focuses on developing tailored support and educational programs for autistic individuals and their families across the lifespan, with a particular emphasis on: (1) early autism detection and intervention, (2) enhancing the perception of disability in schools, and (3) supporting autistic individuals in adulthood.
