차선신(車宣信) 교수
화학ㆍ나노과학과 / 약학부 / 첨단바이오·소재융합전공[대학원]
X-선 결정학(X-ray Crystallography), 초저온 전자현미경(Cryo-EM) 및 계산 구조 생물학 기법을 통합적으로 활용하여 생체 단백질의 고해상도 구조와 기능적 메커니즘을 규명합니다. 이를 통해 근본적인 생명 현상을 원자 수준에서 이해하고, 특히 질병 관련 신약 표적 단백질에 대한 구조 기반 약물 설계(SBDD)를 통해 혁신 신약 개발의 원천 기술을 연구합니다.
