Ewha Physics Students Wins at the 2021 Korean Physics Society Spring Meeting

Graduate School students from the Department of Physics won the Excellent Oral Presentation Award at this year’s Spring Meeting Virtual Conference of the Korean Physics Society. The virtual conference was held from April 21 to 23, 2021. There were 704 oral presentations and 341 poster presentations, with about 1,600 participants.
Ms. Jihyun Kim(Advised by Prof. William JO) who are currently enrolled in Integrative Program presented on Fabrication and Characterizations of MoS2/SiO2-nanopillar array photodetectors.
‘A Study on Light Absorption of Hybrid Perovskite Solar Cells that went through SnO2 ETL Passivation,’ and ‘A Study on Ion Migration and Stability Enhancement. Ms. Yoo-kyung Je(Advised by Prof. Sangwook Lee) who is also from the Integrative Program presented on ‘Analysis of the Mechanical Properties of Graphene Resonators in Various Structures,’ while Ms. Hyeji Choi(Advised by Prof. Dongwook Kim) presented on ‘Analysis on Manufacture and Characterization of MoS2 Photodetector on SiO2 Nanostructures.
